SANITAR Co., Ltd. believes that the operation of the board of directors should implement the responsibilities of business operators, protect the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders and take into account the interests of other stakeholders, achieve operational goals in a manner that is in the best interests of the company and shareholders, and provide an effective supervision mechanism.
